Our experience with Krystal Productions was absolutely amazing. From the very beginning Axel and his wife Maicha was super prompt and responsive to our inquiry. They made the experience smooth and I appreciated that they use PayPal for payment because it made it easy and protected our purchase.
For our wedding day the team showed up and got right down to work and they were amazing. One of my favorite things about Axel was how conscious he was of my photographer. They really worked together and took turns getting the shots they were after and I respected and loved that so much. I had multiple guests come up to me throughout the day and tell me how impressed they were with the whole production. Not only were they really on top of everything, but they were also really sweet, kind people to work with and they showed excitement for both of us on our most special day.

My goodness! I don't even know where to start! Having a destination wedding can be scary at times since you cant meet with vendors before engaging, but from the moment I had my first email communication with Axl, I felt a calm and assuring feeling from him knowing that I was going to get beautiful footage from my wedding. Once I met Axl in person, he blew my mind. He is beyond respectful, understanding, patient and very easy to work with. The entire day of the wedding, Axl and his team were running around trying to capture every moment. I have received some videos recently, including my highlight video and WOW just WOW...I was blown away!!! Krystal Productions was AMAZING! They were super responsive when our original videographer fell through. When they arrived they got right to work, were very patient with all the moving around and worked exceptionally well with the photographer that they just met. Axl was SOOO nice and very respectful. Our video was AMAZING and the drone footage was to die for!! My only regret was not hiring them for longer! WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY!!
Also our full length video and highlight video were ready in 4 weeks, that's crazy fast!!
